Stratford is only five miles away from Welford Riverside Caravan Park and you have the option to walk or cycle along ‘The Greenway’ which is a route that will avoid all traffic as well as their being regular bus connections back to the park.
There are many attractions for you to see in Stratford, there are world famous theatres, river trips, restaurants, shopping as well as the houses that are associated with Shakespeare, Mary Arden’s House, Shakespeare’s Birthplace and Anne Hathaways cottage. Slightly further afield than Stratford-upon-Avon, you will find the beautiful Cotswold Hills and their honey coloured stone cottages. The villages of Chipping Camden and broadway are less than ten miles away and Ancient Warwick along with it’s famous castle is only a forty five minute drive away from the park.
